I'm guessing he's here to set Haskins straight.

It’s an outside hire so everyone must be excited about this, right.

Is he gonna be able to handle the double duty of being the Pens coach?

We didn't have an Assistant QB Coach to promote.

I’m a little optimistic of the structure and toughness he may bring to the team.

Not saying it would happen here, but he seems like the kind of guy that would be a good choice for an Interim HC if things went bad.

Would like to know who hired him.

To be able to even get into and graduate from this institution is doing something the vast majority of people are not able or willing to do and that is saying something. Nice to bring in some intellect which probably now doubles the total current G2 on the staff combined. Very promising indeed.

Do you really think under any scenario Tomlin would get fired mid season? C'mon man.

Nope. “Not saying it would happen here”

    But in a normal situation.

Are you saying we have put abnormal coach's in positions of authority?! Who did the research, a guy named Igor?

Great, when we need a guy to train someone to beat Mr Miyagi and Danielson, he’s our man.

Kidding aside, he did coach Eli during their SB season in 2011, one of Eli’s best.

So If we bring Ben back I guess he just works with Mason and Haskins the entire year...Then the next season we still don't know what either of our young QB'S could do in a stadium and neither under contract.. Haskins probably leaves and wins 3 Superbowls for another Team , but hey Ben got 1 last ride that's the important thing...

I don't want to start a whole thing here but I'm gonna man up and say that I'll put $2 down that Haskins doesn't win 3 Super Bowls with any team. :lolol:

I'm not sure Haskins could win 3 games as the Steelers starting QB.

If the QB coach isn't "Pistol" Pete Gonzalez, then does it really matter?

I swear. Did Ben try 2 have relations with you , or something? LOL. I bet if he threw 4 tds a game , no picks and won the SB. . You would say .....he had nothing 2 do with it, any Qb could have done that with this team. Don't take it personally. I'm bored, and just being an A$$.
