Don't know if I've ever been this pissed off after a regular season game

Maybe that regular season drumming by the Pats a few years back. I don't even sweat losses when we play our best, but putting a **** product unworthy of an NFL team is something else. Defense played great, even the running game looked pretty good if we'd stuck to it. The problem is Ben simply done as a starter.

It's not even just his arm. He's not seeing the field. There were probably a 1/2 dozen plays where he ignored the open WR even with time. He locks into "his guy" like a 1st year player and chucks it into double and triple teams. I haven't seen this kind of body language from pissed of open receivers since the Kordell era.

He's demanding the offense be run "his way." Rushing plays out of the pistol and shotgun that telegraph where the RB is going. Total BS.

He doesn't "like" play action, basically guaranteeing we have to run Patriots-esque dink and dunk to make up for a compromised rushing attack. But with a QB with no arm and shot accuracy, we're dependent on refs to make calls and we've seen how the Goodell era treats this organization (yes, the refs are horrible and biased I agree).

If it turns out this dude has been hiding an injury, he needs to be GONE. We could have easily put him on a throw count or spelled him with backups for a few series or games here or there.

If he's unwilling to STFU and concede to Fichtner, he needs to be GONE. No more of this Arians ball, maybe he wants to stat pad on the way out the door, I have no clue but he's proven he can't win his way.

I’m not even upset right now.

I’m more upset that the virtual pinball machines I wanted are not being released as expected this week.

Oh man I have definitely been more pissed.

I was madder last week TBH. I think the most pissed I've been in recent memory is the playoff loss to Jacksonville and also the Jesse James no-catch game vs. Patriots.

Injuries have done us in. I'm accepting it.

I wish I could say that. The 51-0 home loss in 1989 to Cleveland, the 45-3 Thanksgiving loss to the Lions... there have been quite a few over the years that were equal to or worse than yesterday.

We could be 11-6, did you expect that in November?

All the big injuries are on defense, and the defense is still playing good enough to win games.

The injury excuse is the one I want to use, but I can't. Did we really lose last nights game because Conner was out? Feiler? That is it for offensive injuries.

They ran all over us, 152 yards, Finley ran for a score and another big first down. We didn’t lose because he passed for 89 yards.

Defense is definitely suffering from injuries. Spillane and Bud were the last straw.

Oine is all banged up, Ben is banged up, defense can’t be on the field all game and be expected to play at a high level.

Regular season is counted separate from postseason.

The older I get, the less I care about the game after the final whistle blows. More important things in life.

    Get even angrier

The Bengals beat one of the NFLs top defenses with 89 yard passing.
And we’re not talking the 1930s here.
