Bengals might be starting 3rd string QB Ryan Finley

Brandon Allen DNP today with a knee injury. The local news here in Cincy said QB Ryan Finley likely will start. Sorry I don't have a link to this news. Only what was said on the local news tonight here in Bungleland.

Just load the box and make this kid also rush his thinking by blitzing or fake blitzing from all diff directions.

Finley is going to play like crap for the first 29 minutes. Then he gets injured and their 4th string QB comes into the game and lights up the scoreboard. Welcome to 2020.

 

With out luck it'll be a converted WR, who was a QB in high-school, that does the damage.

 

Our luck he will perform so good the Joe Burrows will fear for his job.

 

They can play whomever.

The question is, how many points will the Steelers offense score? The more they do, the longer they possess the ball, the fewer points the d will give up.

 

The entire Bengals QB depth chart that is healthy is garbage it should be an EASY W for you and no sarcasm here.

 

This will be no problem for Cincy. Ben will run several 3 and outs giving the kid plenty of opportunity to shine.

 

Finley really was awful in his start against the Steelers last season. That defense was better than what Pittsburgh has now, but this unit should still be good enough, especially with Haden back in the lineup. The offense has to be better. That is the real issue right now.

 

This whole thread may be under a false flag as I cannot find anywhere other than that local news report stating that Ryan Finley may start. Brandon Allen definitely DNP yesterday due to a knee issue which they may just be resting as a precautionary. Also yesterday they did sign QB Kyle Shurmur (FA) to the Practice Squad.

Feel free to carry on with this speculative information.

 

I asked the one and only Bengal fan I know and he said no decision has been made as to who will be under center come Monday and he reads the local Cincy papers.

 

Steelers made Cowboys 4th string QB look like Unitas in his prime. Look for more of the same with Finley vs. Steelers.
