I'm thinking chili dogs. Got out the old hotdog roller cooker out for such an occasion. Homemade chili sauce to top them. (more of a sloppy Joe style the wife makes). What you got for this late game? Down 39 lbs. now. Almost back to playing weight.

 

Corn and crab chowder.

Grilled lemon butter shrimp.

And beer.

You always seem warm and welcoming when beer is involved. Should we bring our own chili sauce for our dogs?

We're making two types of chili. One with Angus beef, one with veggies.

 

Made my pot of meatballs for Christmas today. I got the big soup pot out. 7 lbs. of meatballs. That's a lot of rolling. Was going to make the wedding soup too, but decided to wait on that. I did get all the fixens for it though. Two hams as well and cheesy potatoes, candy, cheese, nuts crackers, pepperoni and the wife already made her famous nutrolls. Chocolate chips will be made also before the big day. I didn't make hot sausage this year. Two bottles of Dago red. Lasagna, ham, potato salad and wedding soup at my dad's Christmas evening. The diet will take a hit for a couple of days.

Probably will make meat loaf, however I am also going out for Subway. I have been going out for Subway before the game all season, and last week was the first time I didn’t.

I should not have broken the routine during a win streak, and take sole responsibility for the loss to the WTFs. Ok, maybe Ebron and Dionte Johnson forgetting to catch the ball had something to do with it.

 

Was gonna be grilled porkchops, ( prob still is) but its snowing here in Okla so who knows

As a late afternoon feast, juicy mouth-watering rib eyes (bone in) covered with Montreal Seasoning BBQ'd on the Smokey Joe over hickory Kingsford coals. Sliced mini spuds wrapped in foil cooked in mandarin orange infused olive oil with garlic, bell peppers and onions and a dash of nearly every seasoning in the pantry. Steamed Oriental Style veggies. Rasberry-lemon Italian Ice for dessert. Hopefully I don't pass out before kickoff at 5:20 PDT. I should pop the cork on an incredible bottle of Pessimist meritage red in honor of our very own resident with the same perennial demeanor ...........
