I didn't get to see any of the Ravens Patriots game Sunday night but that is a bad loss for the Ravens!

I figured the league would figure out Jackson pretty easy and their dynamic offense would be back to average but the Patriots have no defense.

    Who watched it?

Was it one of those funky play type games?

Are the Ravens headed for 9-7?

Sounds like a conversation that you should go have with their fanbase on their message board. I'd be interested in the follow up report.:ratbirds:

Only caught the end of the game. All I can tell you is that it was raining sideways. I am guessing it was a sloppy game because of that.

I'm not surprised the Ravens lost. The Ravens are over rated and the Pats are still a well coached team that can win any game.

The Pats put the Ravens in a situation at the end where Lamar basically had to throw to win, which was not good for him. Add to that the fact that on the last couple of plays, the rain was coming down extremely hard, and it stacked the odds of going ahead at the end against the Ravens.

Went over, just because, earlier today. They are not happy campers. Absolutely despise this years draft, they hate last years draft. They hate Lamar, they hate the coaches. So much self hate I don't know how they have time to hate us.

Stone, I think teams have figured out Lamar - playing zone, containing him and not letting him run. I see a lot less man to man against the Ravens. Their line is decimated and losing Stanley was a big deal. I also hear they are unhappy with the production of their WRs. Let’s hope it continues at least until after Turkey day.

I watched pretty much the whole game. Weather was a factor, but really only for the last drive. I don't think their offense was going to take it the length of the field under ideal conditions. They had no TO's, and just over a minute. To be fair, they were down two possessions at the start of the 4th. Jackson drove them down the field but it used up 8 minutes or so. If I were a Raven fan, I'd be worried that NE ran the ball seemingly at will for a good portion of the game until Baltimore started run blitzing and shut it down. By then, the damage was done. Baltimore also got suckered by a gadget play for a TD. Honestly, other than the juice that an intense rivalry stirs up, I'm not at all afraid of Baltimore. I think the bloom is off the rose now that teams know to get a lead and make Jackson have to throw. One thing I will defend him on is that he has good TE's and good backs, but his WR's are just average. They do have a stout defense, but it isn't nearly as dominating as season's past. Still a good, but not great football team. They caught lightning in a bottle last year.

What @jamie@jamie stated. Teams are beginning to figure out Lamar week by week. However, let us keep in mind that it takes both the personnel and the coaching needed to limit him; stop in some cases.

Tennessee is next up. It will be interesting to see if the Titans can get healthy for that game. Corey Davis and Adam Humphries were not active against the Colts. Those two will assist Ryan Tannehill greatly should they return. That said, Derrick Henry is still the engine of that Offense.

Baltimore missing Calais Campbell was already bad enough for them. Now with Brandon Williams gone, Justin Madubuike and Justin Ellis will be tested for certain.

Weather ...and, if you shut down their run game then you have a great chance of beating them. Jackson is starting to remind me of kordell. Their oline aren't just getting injured but they are getting injured for the season as well

Does that include play offs? He has a 26-7 lifetime record in regular season. I do not know if all those losses were trailing at halftime, I think he has 2 p/0 losses (may be wrong)...so in order for your stat to be correct all 9 losses had to be when he was trailing at halftime (impossible because they were winning by 10 last month when we beat them. So either your stat is BS, or you are including the 2 other wins WE are going to have against him this year :)

They're still a "good" team but...Our strength is their weakness, and that is what makes me feel comfortable...Their OL is not NEARLY as good as our DL...Even if some things would go sideways against them...I think this one, very superior thing, is what wins it for us!

If Alualu is fully healthy and we have Hilton back I am very interested to see how their run game adjusts. More than anything I think that is where we got chewed up during the previous game.

They also lost Nick Boyle Sunday. They are getting hit hard by injuries. Marshall Yanda retiring was a huge blow as well. They are still not to be taken lightly. Above all else, Jackson might be the most talented running QB the league has ever seen and he can make you pay if you're not careful.

That offense is not great in comeback mode. When the Ravens fall behind, they look uncomfortable. According to NFL Research, via NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Ravens are 0-10 when trailing at halftime since drafting Jackson in 2018. That is a problem because it’s hard to go through the playoffs without facing a deficit. It’s something Jackson and the Ravens will have to work on if they want to take the next step in the postseason.

Ravens have to play the Titans. That will be a good game. Glad they get a tough game before Thanksgiving. Steelers should have the advantage... but we all know how these Ravens/Steelers games go. No matter how injured or average the Ravens are... the game will go down to the wire.

I won't dispute that the Ravens system is like that, and even that stat..you did say Jackson was 0-10, his personal w/l record as a starter does not reflect that.

Jackson is extremely gifted but he's having a ton of struggles right now. When Jackson doesn't get the run game going to open up the pass, he's absolute ass.
