Steelers first 6 picks in 2020 draft

I guess I'm one of the few that think the pick should be:

or will Ben play into his 40's and then we will see the first ever SB of two 40+ QB's Ben kicking Brady's ass of course.

 

Surely one of them could be the next franchise QB we're looking for.

No..... Pouncey is NOT good, not anymore...Father Time is undefeated and Pouncey gets pushed around ,and also lost ALOT of his athleticism...Simple as that

I think our 2020 draft was pretty good, so no redo, I think he meant 2021 but I liked the idea so point taken,

 

An older Ben does not want to be under center, and Conner is not the type of back to be successful running out of the shotgun formation. Put Conner in the Pro Set, or the I formation and he will thrive. A RB needs to have a lot of patience to run out of the shotgun and wait until the hole opens, something Bell excelled at.

You can't run the counter trap out of the shotgun formation.

 

Banner, Feiler, AV are all free agents after the season.

 

In that video #68 takes his man and pushes him back to the center of the field, Heath gets a good seal on the end of the line and Hines takes the corner, but # 46 whiffs on his block and still Bell is successful.

Conner just does not have that speed.

As far as the draft goes QB if somehow they trade up but probably not worth it from a pick above 30. If not a QB then a safety.
We need to get the next great center to replace Pouncey the end is getting closer for him.
A RB preferably a big power back, if we are not going to feature him at least have someone who can get you a first down on 3rd and 1
A guard or tackle depending on depth.
After that best available player for added depth.

 

Do you really think Banner is going to be offered much money by anybody else? The guy started one game and blew out his knee. The Steelers should be able to afford him.

 

That wasn't my point, I was just stating he's not under contract after the season.

 

We should be able to sign him to a team friendly deal, while feiler and AV will likely move on....
Banner and Dotson on the left side may be a pretty exciting pairing
