    Hey JAD.

As I have been stating all summer, and up to this point, this Offense is Loaded and Potent. As I have also been saying, there are so many weapons on this side of the ball. They should be giving opposing defenses “fits”. Look at that listing below folks. If Randy and Ben can continue to effectively “manage” all of this talent, then I say “Watch Out”.

Both Ben and Randy are getting adjusted to some of the “new” guys such as:
    • Claypool
    • Ebron
    • D. Johnson: Ben only had minimal playing time with Diontae before his injury.
    • McCloud: Who I never even mentioned before. Maybe he has found a home here with us (smile).
    • McFarland

    Now throw in the “old”.
    • JuJu
    • Washington
    • McDonald ( I still want to see more of him. He is "punishing" with the ball in his hands).
    • Conner
    • Samuels
    • Snell

I realize that sometimes there maybe not enough balls to go around each game but it seems that Ben and Randy are keeping everyone happy. Hopefully, they continue to. Equally as important, is that it seems that no one is complaining. Flashbacks of AB. For the record, I still appreciate that which he did for us. Wish he was still here but with a different attitude. Oh well.

    Hey Stone.

Funny my friend. I would like to think that they work in collaboration with one another. I guess we will really never know what goes on "behind the scenes". Nonetheless, they seem to have a good thing going that I am optimistically going to say should just get better. I believe we are only seeing the "Tip of Iceberg".

Why strummer, we ran 5 sweeps to wrs. 5 plays. We knew the Philly front was hard to run against. We had no full back to lead with so we used an extra tackle to get outside. This really is nothing we haven't done before at times. The difference is who we had available to run it.

Here you go Mac someone actually wrote about it and included videos. Of course you’ll probably poohpooh the source, but it doesn’t change the fact that our offense looked quite different yesterday due to the use of motion and formations.

Don't tell that to Mac, he doesn't think Canada has any influence on the offense .

Back in the day when I was briefly in radio a lot of engineers were clearly more brilliant than the DJ's, and the college kids handling the board thought they were more brilliant. I put Randy in the latter cat.

When I was a design engineer for the leading digitized voice multiplexer company, my boss, who had a background in analog voice, was soundly ignored by everyone in the company......except himself.

Shut the hell up. You are making chit up as you usually do. I never once said he wouldn't have any influence on the offense. You are acting like fichtner is being replaced by him and he's not. That's my stance on it.

I saw that and am not poo pooing it. I'm saying we have run some of this stuff in the past. It's not as if it's not in our playbook until Canada got here. He's not been overly successful with it at Pitt and Maryland. It's not a new concept. It also talks of Randy and Canada being the influence of it. Fichtner is not going anywhere. Canada is here to help of he wouldn't have been hired. Ike Hilliard may also have brought some new thinking to the wr usage room in this offense. Ben buying into it was probably the hardest part.

I thought Fitchner called an excellent game yesterday and I’m usually not impressed with any of our coaches.

Canada was great with those jet sweeps at Pitt as well. I agree he is adding new wrinkles to this offense.
