Devlin Hodges is back with the Steelers

Hopefully he learns more and puts it to good use. First time in a long time that I can remember that the Steelers don't have 3 active QB's on the 53 man roster.

I guess they figure no one will purge him off practice squad, since so one else tried to pick him up.

I like Duck Dynasty's story, hope he keeps putting the work in.

 

That's a dumb move to put him on PS. Somebody else may lose a QB and you never know what happens.

 

Bubby Brister. Every time I saw Duck under center in preseason, I had flashbacks from the late 80's and early 90's.

 

I'm not worried...plenty of other QBs on the PS around the league.

Brister was a very capable backup QB. He had a career record of 37-38 and threw 81 TD's and 78 interceptions. If your starting QB goes down and the backup wins half of the games, you can't ask for much more than that.
