The O-line is getting older too while the cheerleader continues to keep this team from moving forward.

Mike Tomlin could NOT be Coach Noll’s water boy. Comparing the 2 should come with some sort of punishment.

If Ben was smart he should get out now because under Tomlin he is not gonna win another Super Bowl so no reason to risk a serious injury.

Been a fan all my life, even before Knoll became coach.I rember hearing it said back then thatwe could beat anyone if only we could get half of the team to the field sober! Did not win much but we played tough.Sad to say that quote needs to be updated to, we can beat any team if we could get to the field with a coach with half a brain!

Well if they miss the playoffs this year it will be the 3rd time in the last 7 years they have missed the playoffs, and in 2015 they probably should have missed the playoffs as well seeing that they need Rex Ryan and the Bills to beat a choking Jets team the final week of the season to get a final wildcard spot. And the reason they were in that position is because the Steelers couldn’t beat Ryan Mallet who was the Ravens QB in Baltimore the week before to wrap up a playoff spot, and when they did get in the playoffs that year they blew a 15-0 lead to the Bengals and AJ McCarron and only won that playoff game because of Burfict being a nutcase and Joey Porter getting involved with PacMan. The other years they have made it they lost to the Ravens at home in the wildcard game in 2014, they did win two games in 2016 beating the Dolphins and the Chiefs only to get embarrassed by Tom Brady and the Pats in the AFC Championship. And of course last year they went one and done getting embarrassed by Blake Bortles and the Jags. And now this year starting the season at 7-2-1 and unless you get help from the Cleveland Browns you are going to miss the playoffs this season.

So it’s not a very impressive resume at all for Mike Tomlin if you ask me since his last SB appearance 8 years ago. You can most definitely make a strong case after everything I typed above that Mike Tomlin should be fired and lose his job. These results given the talent the Steelers have on this roster is simply not good enough.

Yeah cus he's been so successful in the playoffs ever since those players and coaches left. And dont give me this he's never had a losing season crap either, this is just as bad and is only getting worse. They dont have to say it anybody with a brain knows he won with Cowhers people.

And when he does, salary cap hell and wasting of Mason Rudolph begins,

What kind of contract is Ben gonna sigh? I won't be for less than now.
Hell, he just threw for 35 TDs and 5000 yds !!!!

You lock him up for too much money, you're asking for trouble. You either have to part with the hero in an unpleasant way when his play doesn't merit his contract, or you play an expensive guy and let Rudolph rot for a few yrs.

I think Mason will come in the same way Ben did, it takes injuries for changes to happen. Now if only MT could get injured.
