Question is though who off the team makes the all pro team?

Being All Pro is all that matters as Pro Bowl designation players find a way to not even go to because they had a hang nail.

Only two patriots got in, of course brady, who doesnt deserve it and corner gilmore, in the NFC rodgers is in and who knows how he could have made it with his S#### record, the other two QBs brees and goff got in since they both won their divisions, but brady having one of his worst seasons doesnt deserve it and certainly aaron rodgers doesnt deserve it. The Chargers led the NFL in Pro Bowl selections with seven, as the full rosters were revealed Tuesday, and of course rivers deserves it....

Ab does lead the nfl in receiving TDs while still being top 10 in all other categories, also while being now without bell the definitive threat teams focus on stopping week in and week out.

Some perspective. Pitt got 6 guys names to the PB, tied with KC for 2nd most in AFC, (LAC had 7). The team with the 5th best record in the conf, and one that still might miss the playoffs was tied for 2nd.

Only 4 teams had more than 3 guys named, Pitt had twice as many as that.

Sorry, I can't see how this team got shortchanged.

    Pittsburgh snubs:
    1. Juju - his numbers speak for themselves
    2. Watt - with a more even performance, he gets in easily....needs to be consistent every game instead of disappearing for weeks at a time
    3. Foster - may just be our most consistent lineman

So instead of being double-teamed he's being double-teamed. Yeah, this narrative was false the dozens of times you brought it up before and it is still false now.

I get the argument for Brown over Smith-Schuster. The latter has produced more, but Brown is still the guy defenses focus on first.

I like the concept of the probowl, but agreed that TJ Watt and JuJu should have got it this year.

If Ben could have protected the ball a little better this year, I'd have him in there also, even though by comparing his stats to say Tom Brady one could make a case for him getting in this year.

Oh well the good thing is the Steelers have some good players. 3 O lineman going = sweet.

Just looked at sack stat totals and there are a lot of good AFC players ahead of Watt at OLB and DE. So I understand why he didn't make it... but maybe he can get in as an alternate. JuJu on the other hand.....

I thought this as well but this proves fans don't really decide. Juju probably has one of the biggest NFL social media/followings after Odell. Juju has a lot of fans that aren't even Steelers fans. Not a bigger name than Brown obviously but more overall likable.

It's all politics, one team couldn't have two WRs in the pro bowl and Juju couldn't get in over Brown or our season would be over because Brown would throw the biggest ***** fit.

I didn't see any drop of AB this yr. Now he obviously wasn't the best wr in the nfl this year but he was still in the convo at least. I was just throwing that scenario out there early on about the bell not being there when people were saying what are some REASONS as to why he wasnt producing as normal. That was just a plausible inference. But that was in part why Samuel's did what he did last week. Ne were not going to let ab and juju beat them so they said hey try to do what you've struggled to do the last few weeks.

Kudos to all our guys who made it...All deserved...But even though I like Bostic on here more than most...A few short weeks ago he was the LEADING vote getter amongst ILB's...

I like Bostic and all but C'mon...Bostic All Pro...Says a lot about the system in place

I know this is off topic, but reading about Pro Bowl snubs led me to finding out more about what a beast second-round pick Darius Leonard has been for the Colts at inside linebacker.

Another player in the draft we whiffed on. He's miles better than Edmund's is at his position. Funny thing is if you look at all the top teams except ne, most of their key guys are guys they drafted over the last few seasons.

I can understand Ben with the turnovers and could see an argument for no Watt, but JuJu is just hilarious. Dude is a top receiver, stats-wise, right now. Dude is a monster.

One of the arguments in favor of Edmunds was that the top inside linebackers were gone. Leonard had a borderline first-round grade, ahead of Edmunds. The Steelers passed and got the lesser player.
