Good to see Conner make it. Bell who?

JuJu deserved to go over AB.

15 INTs kept Ben from making it.

 

Juju 6th in the nfl in receiving yards not in. Watt has over 10 sacks not in.

Pretty much the joke it always is.

 

If Conner isn't healthy, would Samuels go by attrition? (assuming he isn't needed for the SB).

 

Just rename it the PopulaRity cOntest Bowl.

 

Ben didn't deserve to make it. Neither did Brady. Luck was disrespected.

 

So many things wrong with it.

Regarding Cameron Heyward though, happy for him. Dude deserves it.

 

As usual, the Pro Bowl selections are a joke. I don't even have to look at who made it to realize it is worthless without Watt and Smith-Schuster.

 

oh well thats the pro bowl. does anybody actually watch it? I know I don't. Nothing at all exciting about it. They should stop it.

no one does watch it, and what's more, it seems that every year more and more of those who are selected don't end up, resulting in alternates taking their place, or even second alternates. Go look up the story of Mike Boryla.

I suspect that JuJu and probably Watt will get an invitation eventually. Thought Haden was very deserving too.

 

I don t know why they play any of the all star/pro bowl games.
None of them are even close to the game played during the season.
Baseball no one pitches inside and everyone gets to play its like watching a kids game , hockey is non contact with 9 to 8 scores or worse, basketball is ridiculous 152 to 149 everyone just steps aside to let guys drive in and dunk.

The Football Pro Bowl has so many rules to favor the offense and protect the fragile QB's, oh wait a sec maybe the pro bowl is getting closer to the game we see nowadays.

 

PS In every sport a player tends to make it on past glory and reputation and in a lot of cases makes it after he should have and didn't make it when he deserved to.

 

Yea Dirty thirty, good job you showed all these people that said he couldn't play.
If given a chance you can play and play at all pro level . Great job.

 

This was the way I felt last night when I read this and then this morning when I see who else didn't make it I felt better. Vander Esch. Kamara, McCaffrey, Leonard, Hilton and Tucker. IMO LVE is having a special year, McCaffrey is the only bright spot on a team that stinks, Leonard is at the top in tackles if not leading and Tucker might be the best kicker in the league. Throw in Juju and TJ and there are some serious snubs, but oh well maybe it won't matter as the teams that play in the SB don't play in the Pro Bowl right.....

 

It's a shame what the pro bowl has become.

It's not even like the extended rules make the game any more exciting. The best play of the last few years was still this one:

 

I wouldn't worry. Juju and TJ wouldn't be able to play in the game anyway. As the AFC representatives in the Super Bowl none of the Steelers will be playing in the Pro Bowl.

 

Looking at the nfc rbs it was close but I would definitely take the 3 who made it over kamara and run CMC.
