You said Burns was Tomlin's boy, which is nonsense Burns didn't play any snaps at CB against the Browns. Burns also isn't a fulltime starter anymore.

Tomlin has set Gay just like he set Burns, and where does it say Burns is not the full time starter ??

Burns isn't the fulltime starter because him and Coty each play a few series then one them goes to the bench. I don't get what point you're trying to make about Gay, but after he returned from Arizona for awhile he was the Steelers best CB.

Getting Patrick Peterson was out of the question, they should've traded for a second tier CB like Chris Harris or Bradley Roby.

The Packer's defense gives up more yards/play (pass or run) than the Steelers. Same number of defensive turnovers, almost the same number of points. In other words, they need defensive help as much or more than the Steelers.

What is so disastrous about the Steelers not acquiring a player that the Packers chose to dump?

He was a top-5 ranked safety by PFF this year. Dude has been great. Really stupid move by the Packers.

Always love it whe a guy complains about something when he’s not even sure of the facts.
Kinda like the people that get on here and whine only to find out they didn’t even watch the game.

I wouldn't want them to move Mike Hilton out of the slot in favor of Chris Harris, but I liked Roby coming out of college. Maybe we can pick him up in the offseason.

Idk...It's almost like the Steelers have turned into the Pirates...No splash moves, Stay the course, winning record or getting in the playoffs is enough to appease the fans...If you think this secondary, as currently constructed...Can slow down Brady, Mahommes or the like...You're delusional

The Steelers are doing what they’ve always done. I’m not sure why anybody is surprised or expects any different.

Because what " we're " doing is not good enough imo...I'm a selfish Steeler fan! I don't want to become the Buccos, and be satisfied with making the playoffs...I WANT IT ALL, THE TROPHY! I want another Lombardi! I hate the Cheats, and we can't beat them!

Idk...Is the " It's just the way they do things " good enough

Well the Steelers obviously aren’t going to change the way they do things. So what are you gonna do?

Yeah but BA was put on waivers and then the PS and now most recently a healthy scratch after being good enough to stick on the 53 all of last season. I guess it was his aggressiveness and being in the vicinity of the ball this preseason that cast some doubt on him. We can't have too much of that around here. It confuses the mind....

Well at least you’re aware of what you’re doing. That’s a lot more than I can say for a few guys.

    Lol this is funny.

Realistically Ben has thrown 6-7 picks over the last 2 games. 2 of which were called back against the Jags. Conner isn’t the problem. Bens turnovers are ‍♂️. That’s the truth. It’s great he threw for 340+ but when Ben throws for 50+ a game it’s not gonna be good.
