Listening this morning...Ripping on Tomlin pretty good. Kept referring to, they think Tomlin has lost the lockeroom...

The one incident they were alluding to the most was, How they suspended Martavis Bryant last year for saying on social media how JuJu wasn't taking his job anytime soon, or something to that nature..

Then how AB said on social media how he was going to break a reporters ****ing jaw...

When Tomlin was asked about AB's social media rant, He more or less said " He didn't care about social media" ...

The ones doing the segment went on and on about how Tomlin has preferential treatment towards certain players, no discipline,of course they brought up Belicheat...How he runs a tight ship, and doesn't put up with such BS...And basically is why he is so superior to Tomlin...

Guess my question is...What y'all think...Yes,No...Could care less? A lot to do about nothing?

Do you think Tomlin is still the man to carry this great franchise...Or time to move on?

Yeah, they were ranting about it in the afternoon show too with Poni and Mueller. I think Poni's stance was the same as the morning show you mentioned. Personally, I could care less. Like Mueller said, the more you bring to the team the more leeway you're going to get. Frankly, I never really thought much of what AB said and I never thought for a second that he would actually seek the guy out and break his jaw. I think this is just another excuse to hate on Tomlin. JMO

AB was dealt with internally, Bryant was saying things about a teammate that's why he was suspended.

 

I’m genuinely surprised nobody has raised this question before on this forum.



Also surprised that people hear Tomlin say “don’t ask me about social media” - i,e this is not what I’m here to discuss today - as “I don’t care what my players do”

Tomlin never was 'the man to carry this great franchise... IMO he has only won because of the great talent he had around him.. ( players / coaches). BA, DL, even TH aint coming back, and we dont know what we have in coordinators right now

 

AB is now on Twitter playing the " whoa is me , nobody likes me, I'll just keep my mouth shut" BS...

This is like the 3rd time this has happened now...He says something ridiculous, receives backlash, then twists it into the " nobody likes me"

AB is one of the most talented players I have ever seen...But I also believe he is a mental midget, with a few bolts loose

 

I honestly don't care about twitter beefs at all unless they are between current members of the team. Then maybe I care a teeny tiny bit but not much. I just think they don't matter and I also don't think it is the head coach's job to police the players when they are not at work. These guys are adults and supposedly professionals. It is their responsibility to act like it and not the head coach's. Tomlin is not their daddy.
