As they head into the playoffs and give up 300 yards passing to Kizer, way too many 3rd and longs to a bad team. I have seen enough of William Gay, give those snaps to Sutton.

Extremely concerned, if we can't control the clock on offense it will be one and done.

I agree that Sutton needs to be on the field over Gay, but the safeties are the biggest problem. They are truly horrible.

You cannot read too much into a game where you are resting starters which tells the players the game is not important. No true motivation to win.

However, what it does tell me is highly mobile QB`s cause us multiple problems. If we get to the S.B., I don`t want Carolina.

What did we see today that was any different than the Packers game? Or the first 3 quarters of the Indy game? I’m no more worried than I’ve been at any other point this season. We’re a legit SB contender, and we have flaws just like the other contenders. I feel damn good right now.

Our pass Defense is and has been horrid. Our run Defense is suspect as well. This Team needs to dominate on Offense and let the D make timely plays . We need to score 30 plus a game as we have the talent to do so . Our Offense has to lead the way .

This entire defense scares me they have really regressed as the year went on

Safeties are awful Artie is inconsistent without Shazier our run D is getting gashed. We best score 35-40

I plan on doubling my blood pressure medication for all playoffs. If we make it to the SB it will be probably be tripled.

Other than that, I no concern at all about this defense.

Not overly because we can't really change it. We know what we've got.

We just have to pray the pressure is there. If so, we'll be fine.

On that note, the offense has been good enough over the last several months to control tempo and give us a win against any team.

    Concerned and worried!

I don't know if I can blame the corners though. I think today we missed Ryan Shazier tremendously.

I think the pass defense is average at best as is the entire defense. But this run is all about offense. We should score 30+ every game. The defense will give up theirs but it should be expected that the offense will score more

I’ve seen enough of Gay and Burns. Their both average at best. This has been our MO for the last 5 years. We have a very suspect pass defense. We looked good against the Pats until the last two minutes but that’s it. Plus the lose of Ryan is showing it’s ugly head. Maybe they weren’t playing all out cause we were already in the playoffs? We’ll see in two weeks!

It’s the BROWNS we shouldn’t have any problems against them Shazier or not. That said we’ve missed him since he went down.

I was concerned the minute we lost Shazier. And it wasn't that good with him.

I would take average from our safeties at this point. Mitchell and Davis are among the worst at their positions in the NFL.

Honestly, I can live with the CBs. Burns is OK. Haden didn't look good today but overall he has been solid. Mike Hilton is a godsend. But those safeties, man.

They sat in a zone today and didn’t do anything on a man to man scheme. Probably didn’t want to risk any injuries and provide any tape. Alualu looked great today, gotta work him in more.

We looked just as bad in week one against the browns....but I am more than concerned with Mike Mitchell's ability to play safety than anything...he has been down right horrible....HE HAS TO DO HIS JOB!

Steelers will have to some how survive the next month with these guys. But the steelers will need to address both safeties. With Haden on board, that at least covers one side. Burns gets one more year next year to fix his issues, if he is the same the first half year next year, then hes done. But Smith and Marshall are done back their. I can not count how many times i saw Smith back there not know what to do. I have never seen it happen so many times in my life.

Steelers will need to draft all defense in this next draft. And i know this isnt their way of business but THEY HAVE to look at Earl Thomas if thats a possibility in the off season. They have come up lame on both young DB's and Dupree looks like a bust. They will need to cover those with ready made players if Ben plays out his contract next year like I think he will.

Alualu has earned a starter role over hargrave. Hargrave was abysmal today.
