How about DHB or Hunter for a 6th round pick?

I think it would be questionable if a team made a trade before cut day.

The Bills aren't the only ones. We need a secondary player (safety)in exchange though. And QUICKLY!

So long as it's not AB, MB, ER, or JSS.

Coates may have the most trade value, though I think he provides valuable depth

Reply from Bills: No thanks, I'll wait till cut down day, and have my pick of yours and everyone's else's 'discards' and keep my 6th round pick.

It's preseason and going into panic mode looking for more players is sort of ridiculous based on spot play, Dangerfield had two interceptions in yesterdays game so he is the hot DB of the week, but 1 good game doesnt mean he is a roster lock, with 90 players in camp, players can look good in 1 game and lousy in others.....

    247 Sports:
Jordan Dangerfield may have been the player of the game for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He intercepted Matt Simms earlier in the game, and his second interception with just over two minutes left in the game put quite a bit of pressure on the Atlanta Falcons as they attempt to earn a comeback victory.

We should've done what the Eagles did and landed Ronald Darby from the Bills.

Are we honestly THAT stacked at WR? I seem to remember us being dirt poor at WR by the 2nd half of last season. So how stacked are we really?

    1. AB, top shelf. True.
    2. MB, as we saw yesterday, really more of a one-trick pony (ala Mike Wallace) - a nice one trick pony - but a one trick pony nonetheless.
    3. JuJu - We will see. But not NFL proven. Already concussed after one catch?
    4. Coates, pretty inferior. Can get deep, but has bad instincts and hands. He turned out to be worthy of a 4th round pick, not really any better.
    5. Hey-Bey - same player as Coates.
    6. Rodgers - An OK slot guy.
    7. Justin Hunter - Bills already dumped him, why would they want him back.
    8. Cobi - Meh. Can make a play here and there - not really anything to be excited about.

I wouldn't judge WR performance based off pre season with Dobbs and Houston throwing the ball.

I wouldn't either. Ben is 20 x more accurate and much better at reading D's. But I am not basing my evaluations of preseason alone (albeit, that is only action to judge Ju Ju on the NFL level). Coates, HB, Rogers, Hunter, Cobi all have actual NFL experience to grade.

Bryant is better than you are giving him credit for in this post. Sure, the deep ball is where he excels due to his speed and size, but he has also shown the ability to gain yards after the catch and was improving the rest of his route tree before the suspension. He is hard to trust due to his off-field behavior, but on the field he is a damn good No. 2 and a perfect compliment to Brown.

Coates is a similar player to Bryant, but perhaps worse hands. You are correct in saying he is similar to Heyward-Bey, but Coates is a lot younger. I do think he is the only one they have with any trade value that they would be willing to deal, but I doubt it happens.

DHB is a deep ball only kind of guy he may drop 2 or 3 out of 5, but he gets behind his guy at least 4 out of 5 times if not held .When I see him running short routes it makes me hate on Haley don't try and make your speed guy with weak hands catch bullets.

Let him do what he do.And that is take the top off of the Defense. If the QB can drop it in and he can keep running it is a big play .The guy is still super fast and if the OC sends him on the 9 at the right time he will be open.So what if he drops 2 out of 4 that's still 14 points.

His name should be DHB 9 route this would use the talent he does have to it's full potential and force CB'S to back off and the Safety to cheat his way more .It already happens ,but if done all the time it would happen even more .

Rule #1 for a DB is don't get beat deep .Make them live in those fears when he is on the field.

Eli Rogers....If he is as good as everyone thinks he is...then he is a good value...and JuJu was drafted to replace him anyway. If he is the player I think he is....he is not worth keeping over Coates, DHB, and Hunter anyway....and yes I know Eli lives in the slot...no need to start the X, Y, Z....I get it...I just don't think he is that great....good kid..hard worker...great heart...average ability...can't get separation on a consistent basis

has DHB made a ST's tackle? has he out ran a guy to the EZ for a deep TD? has he caught a pass? is he getting younger? is he getting better? does he have much upside going forward for this team?:cool:

Bryant has been practicing in the slot and haley intends to use him at different receiver positions, he has even been practicing punt returns, no more 1 trick pony for him this year....

Martavis Bryant may find new ways to utilize his immense talents in 2017.

Bryant tried several new positions on Sunday, his second practice after the NFL cleared him to begin participating in preseason activities. Practicing with Pittsburgh's first team offense, Bryant was seen in the slot instead of on the outside, where he spent his first two NFL seasons.
