Apparently Joey is gonna plead guilty to public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Each charge carries a max of a $500 and 90 days in jail. Do you guys think he serves a single day?

Think he'll serve a week. Or show up at the Judge's son's school to give a speech on responsibility.

Doubtful. If they enforced the max penalty for public drunkenness everytime the jail would be jammed packed lol. I expect community service and the fine with probation provided he keeps his drinking to at home and not in the streets.

I think it might be better if he showed up to the son's school to LISTEN to a speech on responsibility. LOL!

Did you see the Revis story too? It was in the same place that the Peezy thing happened and is even more bizarre. Honestly it sounds to me like Revis was just defending himself against some punk idiots and laid them out and now he's getting sued. Players just really need to stay out of that part of town. LOL!

I think if you are a professional athlete that is even slightly well known you should try to avoid those type of public places because there is always going to be some drunken idiot that wants to create trouble and will be thinking in the back of their mind doesn't matter if I get my butt kicked, Ill sue them and they will settle and I get at least a couple hundred thousand out of it.

No time, he's probably agreeing to guilty on the agreement that the prosecutor would recommend no jail time.

    Saint Patrick's Day
    Steeler Tailgates

At the first tailgate my wife went to, she asked if we were allowed to walk around with an open beer? I said no. She asked why don't they arrest anyone? I said, what are they going to do, arrest 50,000 people?

That is why when I go to a restaurant, I don't know why but they always try first to sit me in the bar. The 1st two times I just went along and sat there. Both time some big mouth drunk is cussing at the top of his voice. Being a former Drill Instructor with a big voice, not many can be louder than me. Both times I stood up walking towatd the drunk and said in a soft voice. HEY, HOW ABOUT YOU STOP CUSSING AT THE TOP OF YOUR VOICE IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND THE OTHER LADIES HERE.. Both times they shut up. Now when I see the hostess I hold up two fingers and say not in the bar. You give a big mouth a beer and he wants everyone to know he cusses.

Most players who know Revis say that wasn't his voice on the tape

If some moron was just walking up sticking a camera in his face and he defended himself then hopefully nothing. I don't feel a lick of sympathy for these guys getting their clocks cleaned for harassing somebody. They can give him the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe because he is from here, played at Pitt and has family and friends here?

    Or, he likes perogies?

I thought you were boycotting the NFL?
