The December 2009 one was great. I just got back to the states from Iraq the day before and would make it home that Tuesday.

The one in February 2011, not so much.

Should they beat the Dolphins, it will be.

Correct, but they will be Carr-less, and I'm okay with that because it's the playoffs and obviously increases our chances to win. But, in the regular season, I would love to see two healthy teams go head to head.

I'd prefer that AFC West game to be the Chiefs. I usually alternate between going to a home and away game. I've always wanted to go to Arrowhead. I've heard the tailgating BBQ is on another level.

Oakland game will be tough even without Carr. Steelers play like dung in Oakland. Maybe this is the year the Steelers finally win in Oakland and New England?

How does the scheduling go if you win your division? Is it ...
    • 3 games -- 1 each vs. the other 3 AFC division champs?
    • 6 games -- 2 each vs. our 3 division mates
    • 4 games -- 1 each vs. 4 members of an NFC division
    • 3 games -- 1 each vs. the 3 other teams in an AFC division

They normally do pretty well here in San Diego. But then, who doesn't?

You play one full afc division, one full NFC division, your division and one team each of the other two divisions in your conference that finished in first place

    Think I said that right

If any those teams don't change monumentally then it looks like it'll be about the same in difficulty as this year. The Packers and Pats look to be the most difficult and of course the Rats. I was hoping we played Dallas again. I would definitely like to see us get another shot at them. Can't stand the Cowboys and especially the way we lost to them handing them the game with 42 seconds left. Dang Cowboy fans always saying "how bout them Cowboys". They've been irrelevant for 20+ years except 2014 and now their winning. So Cowboy fans act like they've won the SB for having a good regular season.

I just went there two weeks ago and it was incredible. I didn't find it as loud as they claim, although part of that might be due to everyone being bundled up due to how damn cold it was. The tailgating was great. I was absolutely stuffed on brisket, burnt ends, ribs, pulled pork and beans. There were tents with heaters in them, music was pumping, it was a really good time. They tailgate the right way in KC. Pittsburgh isn't too shabby either though.

Unfortunately, it's going to be another 4 years before we play the Cowboys again

Many years ago, I was transferred to KC for 3 months of football season. I gained a few pounds I still can't get rid of. They know how to cook at tailgate parties.
