Trade AB, Pouncey, and Timmons for some teams 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounders

Trading the best WR in the game is beyond ridiculous. Sure,your plan saves a boatload of money for the cap. But remember quantity of draft picks doesn't always mean quality. If management did this, I think Ben would say, screw you guys, I'm out. We can't waste our QB's next few years. Rebuild when Ben rides off into the sunset...but not now.

AB- Game changer not many guys come along with this skill set, you can't replace that.

LT- Who would have given us a draft pick for this guy who will be a FA at years end? You want to trade this guy like the Cheats did Collins??? I don't and I am a Matakevich fan, but if we plan to make the playoff THIS YEAR we need him.

Pouncey - Injuries injuries injuries, nobody will give us what we want to make it worth trading him.

So your a little late as the trade deadline has come and gone so with that said you can take LT off the list as he will become a FA. Now I feel as many do here we are in a 3 year window with Ben, and if that is true why would we even think about trading our playmaker? When healthy Pouncey is one of the best centers if not the best center in the game and trading him now with all his injuries we wouldn't get crap, not worth the risk imo.

Now you want to bring in young talent have you looked at this roster...Tuitt, Shazier, Dupree, Cockrell, Burns, Davis, Williams, Hargrave, Chickillo, Matakevich and Golson are all very young guys who have potential like you want us to draft.....why trade AB???? Also noticed I didn't list Heyward on this list as he has a few more years on some of these guys but is still young.

I think trying to trade our starters that will be very key in the nest 3 years while Ben is here is crazy and looking at what we have done in the draft the last few years is being over looked. Trading super stars is not how you fix problems on a team that is built for the now, adding a veteran in fa that will help develop this youth, is how it gets done and how the Steelers have done things forever. If this group of players listed don't develop then the scouting/coaching and GM all need to be looked at cause no team can win while missing on this many prospects/signings. Also note I only am talking the defensive side of the ball I have not even talked about all the youth we have on offense.

 

This is probably a great idea for Madden 2017

No go on trading AB. Ben at best probably has 2 years left. Make AB honor his contract then tag him. I would have traded Pouncey a long time ago. Imo he's no game changer. Great when he actually plays but rarely plays. I think he's only still on the team for locker room purposes.

Why do we have to rebuild, we should be like the Pats and reload. The Steelers have
a very talented roster, that needs a few tweeks we are very very close to the promised land
if players play and coaches coach. We have to play inspired football if we are to get where we want to be.
