Steelers have been 6-2 the last 8 games past 3 seasons. Ben got his clunker out, we are pretty healthy, and we lost 3 straight. All starts with Dallas. Beat them and crap browns then I'll believe. We lose then we are done. It's at home against a top 3 team but they are due.

    We got this.

    11-5

We are already done. We keep saying as fans...give them one more game and they will get back on track. The coaches and players can't even figure out what's wrong

A 4-4 Steelers team has previously proven their ability to make the playoffs.

Everybody back away from the cliff.

I guess the common theme is that a team shouldn't need to "turn it up" only when they start playing half ass each year.

Championship teams don't throw the towel

:lolol: If they win or lose it's not going to change my life. I will come here and vent because that's what this is for. It would be great if we all could come here on Sunday night talking about how the team we follow crushed the cowboys. Just not seeing it at this point.

Only problem is, if they get on that high mental emotional level they need to beat the cowpatties, the next week they will be flat and lose to the clowns......

This team has shown no ability to execute on offense no matter who the QB is. It's not all Roethlisberger's and Jones's fault... the O-line has been sub-par and the WR corps is not as great as advertised. Not getting my hopes up for a rebound. This team looks more like the '12-'13 8-8 teams than the 10/11 win teams of '14-'15.

I will say this I love Ben coming out and telling everyone to settle down. Especially with him coming off a bad game I like that he is stepping up and taking charge. This is what leaders do and then also back it up with play. I was doom and gloom with everyone else but I like the reaction of this team right now. Will we win this week man I hope so but if we don't and we play a good solid game that will be enough for me to back off the cliff........if we crap the bed watch out it will be a free fall.

Actually some of the analysts say dallas is ripe for an upset this week, the steelers with their backs up against the wall will likely rebound sunday they say. I can actually see pitt winning this week at home with a wide open offense for 4 quarters instead of 3 quarters of soft ball......

.... and then lose to the Browns next week.

Either way... they are probably gonna be 5-5 after 10 games. Either they beat the Cowboys and lose to the Browns next week or vice versa... Browns game will end Steelers losing streak.

    I agree with this.

But sometimes teams struggle. Like others, I am waiting for the day when they roll the season at 12-4, 13-3, 14-2... Until then, I'm always happy to see them competitive and in the playoffs.

I can dig it. And, honestly, they haven't given you much reason to think they can pull it out on Sunday. I get that.

I'll continue to believe though. Go Steelers! :herewego:

I think they've given that reason. The best team they've played this season is KC, and that was a home blowout. I think we looked better in that game than any NFL team has looked in a game all season. I don't think we'll beat Dallas by 4 TDs, but I am expecting a similar type of quality performance on both sides of the ball, and a double digit win.
