Sure we dont have Bryant but coates making up for it. Bell is here. Ravens aren't talented at all lol. Bengals laying down and... that's the division. Crazy we only have 3 teams in AFC north.

    Next 4 games

@miami= no reason we should lose this game. I don't care what the excuse is.
Pats= our defense is going to get shredded. Hit brady and score points, I don't know what to say.
@Ravens= they aren't good. No reason not to win this game... Hairball will try his absolute best to beat us. That's all he cares about.
Dallas= they are good, real good. I doubt our D line stops their o line(which team has) Need to strike early and cut their running game. We should be healthy hopefully

rest of the games should win honestly if we are healthy maybe lose 1.
14-2 ceiling, 12-4 lowest. Division is ours for the taking lets do it.

Steelers have some tough games coming up on the schedule after the Patriots. Cowboys are doing well... plus the Giants, Colts and Bills are not going to lay down and die. As long as those teams have a winning record... Steelers should do well against them.:icon mrgreen:

I agree. This year's team can do it if we stay relatively healthy. It will come down to Denver NE and us to represent the AFC in the super bowl. hopefully we put ourselves in a position to only have to face one of them in the playoffs (number 1 seed).

Colts are awful. I'd be shocked if we didn't blow them out. Gmen are better this year, but that's a home game so that should help. The bills don't scare me much, but they are a decent enough team.

I'd take either of them at our house, but Denver seems like a better proposition just because they don't have Brady. But NE'S defense isn't Denver's

I agree with everything here. We have some serious injuries. We really need Golden and Shazier, although their backups have been playing well. Shazier is the only guy on the roster that is tough enough and quick enough to deal with Gronk and Brady. Plus we just need some depth or 4th quarters could start looking pretty tough for defense, especially if the game is close.
Sometimes we tend to play down to the competition as well. That could haunt us against the raven and the bengals.
I do like to see that we a bringing some more pressure the last two victories.

Agree on the Colts... but with our luck, Andrew LUCK would have the game of his life against the Steelers.

Possible. But it might not matter haha their defense is so bad that we could be looking at a another 400-500yd/4-5td game from Ben. I bet he lights them up for the primetime game.

I agree. This year and next are our best chances.

We have to be healthy enough and beat the Patsies to be considered the best in the AFC.

Before we play them, I hope Ben gives the team a passionate locker room speech saying something like "No more losing to these f`in son of ***** cheaters. I`m tired of it, your tired of it, let`s go kick their arses." Then we go out and win convincingly.

We are home. We should win that game if we are going anywhere.

if nothing happens to the 3 B's, and the defense at least comes along just a little bit. The Steelers will be right there.

The Steelers as I mentioned in another thread can end this division race in the next 3 games if they beat the Dolphins, Pats and Ravens and the Ravens lose to either the Giants or Jets the next two weeks. A lot of ifs but it's not impossible at all. If this does occur the Steelers will have this division wrapped up by early November.

This is the NFL, there's no such thing as 12-4 being worst case scenario. We've slept on many teams over the years and they've beat us as a result. Remember KC a few years back? Oakland almost every time we play them. The list is long. Any team can win any given week if they play well and the other team doesn't.

We are the best team in the division, but if our guys don't execute, if we don't get good coaching, if we get some injuries, 10-6 wouldn't be shocking. At the same time, if we stay healthy, execute and get good coaching, 14-2 is doable too.

Problem with our weak divisional foes is, they aren't going to lay down for us and they're usually tough games to skate thru

Yeah. Not even the same team that day. Handily win 4 games against semi decent teams then get stomped by a rookie QB hahah

I was one of the few that didn't panic. Those same eagles lost to the lions lol. Football is football.

    -we cant win in philly
    - drives and momentum were instantly killed
    - we couldnt match their intensity and it just kinda fell apart

Like the eagles, the pats own this team. This is the game I am most concerned with. Hopefully this team is not looking into future contests and take care of business against the fish.
