By far, the WORST Steelers game I've ever watched.

Hope so - but the Steeler titles in the Belicheck/Brady ERA have never come when the Pats are in the Steelers path and it looks like the Pats will be in the path. Only way the Steelers avoid the Pats is if Steelers get the 1 seed and hope Denver takes out the Pats in the divisional round.

 

Too early for that type of talk. Nothing they can do but play ball and win.

 

You can bet it's not too early in NE. Those guys talk about week to week - but I guarantee you they have a season plan - that's why they are the gold standard.

 

I'm sure he's happy now he got his catches, AB had the nerve to do that stupid first down celebration while his team is getting their ass kicked.

 

I don't doubt they do Glenn but they don't game plan for specific teams and their weaknesses and strengths. THey game plan what they are going to do and dare other teams to stop them and when they do it seems to go badly for the team. Remember three years ago the Chargers bring in two guys off the street to play OL including a tackle and they never changed a thing trusting that the 3-4 zone blitz scheme was confusing enough to players that they didn't need to change anything to exploit that weakness. They didn't even have to roll a guard or TE to his side to help. Young QB's who aren't as good reading and reacting and they sit back and don't attack. Facing the worst rush defense in a SB and they air it out. Some of the many times it has just seemed strange

 

If we've taken a worse beat down before, I don't recall it. I assumed we would lose some games but, to be owned like second class scrubs is shameful. If you consider we are supposed to be a Super Bowl contender team, you don't lose to a rookie or at least not have him look like Johnny Unitas and then your offense only scoring 3 points. Someone said it earlier on this site, our defense is at best a bunch of second string players. Heyward, Mitchell, and Ryan shouldn't be included in that description. Just heard, Arnold Palmer just passed away. Prayers to his family

 

At this point I will be surprised if we get ANY seed! This Jekyll and Hyde nonsense under Tomlin has GOT to stop!

 

I'm starting to think that we must just watch The Three Stooges in the film room. Either that or the Draft Day movie about the clowns and that might explain why we can't seem to pick a backer anymore that can hit the qb.

 

True... Amidst all the crazy **** surrounding their success, bill has them ready top to bottom win or lose. He is a good coach and that is undeniable

 

I remember... That's another in a long list of the steelers should be able to do this and that pre game talks.

Problem is, be it an O lineman, or a nobody QB, we have a tendency to make them hall of farmers kn any given Sunday. An M.O. I wished we'd shake, but it's been that way before Tomin and no real sense of urgency to correct it unfortunately
