They need to put some fear into the Carolina defense, some quick slants, some quick hitters otherwise they can blitz the rest of the way and nothing to stop them.

Tyler is getting to the backfield and Lyons had good gap containemnt.

 

lot of the YAC they had last week the young guys and some veterans too weren't seeing the field and instead of angling towards the sideline where they are protected on one side and had good blocking setting up on the other they would stay in the middle of the field. It was a small nitpicky type of thing for me. I know they haven't had the big gains they did last week but I haven't been able to see much in the first

True. They haven't actually had a starter since Tim Couch.

 

They aren't kidding when they say Dirty Red has a nose for the ball, he is in on almost every tackle.

 

Oh... not as much.. then again... neither Jones nor Renner has had time to do so. Offensive line is having some issues.
