The house is not for my taste either but to each his own. If Brown likes it, then I love it............... for him.

To each their own but if I'm paying that kind of money for a house I'd like to not be able to reach my arm out of my window and touch my neighbor's house!

Get Down! Me, I'm a great believer in positive thinking also. ---- Uhh! Now if I only could do it.:smiley1:

I'm sure they care and are happy that they can't see you in those.

He's spending his $ before he even has it. Didn't we just front him some $ to keep him happy? Now he's buying houses like that before he even signed his next contract. He'll be broke 5 years after retirement. You read about this happening to athletes all of the time. Just google bankrupt athletes and the list will go on for ever.

Hopefully he stays healthy and we can keep him for 4-5 more seasons. At that point Ben and Brown will both be retiring.

I would actually think investing his money in a property would be wiser than buying cars and restaurants as property values can increase with improvements where as if you wrap your 150 thousand dollar sports car around a tree because you can't drive stick or are trying to pull a fast and furious move or no one enjoys your idea of southern comfort food in Pittsburgh you will be losing money. I wonder if the property comes with a zoning variance and that is why there is a price jump from comps?
