Game Ball vs Broncos

I'm going with AB. He put up monster numbers on a shutdown corner and to all the morons who think Odell is better. Well....you're a moron.

Can't be anyone other than AB. Went off on a dude who hadn't given up a TD in almost 2 years to the tune of 16 catches, 189 yards and 2 TD's. Great performance

 

The Defense !
Shut em out the second half and for once they bailed Ben out at the end of the game rather than the other way around .

 

Aside from the oline, which was pretty weak all game long.. The entire team had ups and downs. It was a team effort win. Coaching staff deserves major props for winning the halftime battle.

The thing about the o line that doesn't have me AS worried is because they played some absolute studs today and probably done as well as they could under the circumstances. Now if they play that way the next 2 weeks then we can expect to be one and done.

 

Yeah AB gets it. With honorable mention to DHB cause without him drawing that triple coverage even when he's on the sidelines AB doesn't make those catches.

 

I'm not worried either.. But they definitely don't deserve a game ball this time.

 

Let's not forget we are playing without out Center and LT, yeah they were shakey today but Denver has a bunch of studs on D as well.

I agree there was a lot of ups and downs and yeah whatever the staff did at half was one heck of a job, hats off to them.

 

I agree - the turnaround after the first half was phenomenal. Throw BFT in the kudos ring as well - halftime adjustments and whatever prayers he said after leaving for church sparked a 180 in the 2nd half.

 

Cody Wallace is a buffoon and a penalty waiting to happen. He gave up 25 yards in penalties today and that late hit he had that moved us back after a big play was just inexcusable stupidity. The undisciplined "tough guy" stuff needs to stop. It's just a matter of time before it costs us dearly. Man I'm getting aggravated just thinking about it. It's not just Wallace though. Multiple people have had penalties in situations they could control.

 

AB gets my game ball......Honorable Mention Boykin! Was it just a coincidence that when Boykin came off the bench and Blake went on the bench our D played pretty damn good???? Great game by many today including the coaches.....

Agreed but we just beat the #1 defense without our center and LT can't really thrash the line after that. I am by no means sticking up for Wallace, I am just saying they are starting by no choice.

 

Keith Butler and the defense for making some halftime adjustments, the Broncos were shutout in the second half. Honorable mention to William Gay for the PBU on 4th down on Broncos last drive.

 

I'll go AB. He was just unreal today, tore up two of the better corners in the NFL, today.

 

Yeah I totally agree that they played as well as they could under the circumstances. It's more the pre and post play penalties that are ticking me off.

 

Our whole WR unit did really. Did anybody ever find out what happened to Martavis?
