    Hoge wasn't drafted till 1987?
Doubt he played in that game in 84.

D'oh! You're right, Glenn. My bad, it was 1989. I guess I remember that one like it was yesterday. :smiley1: Do you remember that clip they used to play all the time?

1984 would have been Mark Malone at QB? Then we went on to lose to a Marino-led Dolphins team in the AFC championship? I don't remember that one as vividly.

At this point, the only automatic losses are for the other teams. :herewego::herewego::herewego:

I remember the first time I watched that movie I thought it was one of the dumbest movies ever. For some reason I gave it another try and thought it was brilliantly funny. Now I watch it whenever it comes on.

The Hoge game was the heartbreaking loss in 1989. In 1984, Frank Pollard had the big game, Gary Anderson had an inexplicably bad game, Mark Malone rallied them to a win, and the defense wounded a young John Elway, who was limping around throwing INT by the end.

I counted those two games as a loss...but now I believe we can win 5 out of 6 games remaining. If we beat the the seahawks...we will run the table.10 -6...worst case scenerio...best 11-5/12-4!
