saw the preview for Concussion when I went to watch Spectre this weekend. Looks like a lot of it is dedicated/ centers on Mike Webster. I am actually pretty interested in this now.

It would stand to reason since Webster's brain was the first player's that the guy the movie is based on examined and which led to his finding out about the problem.

Hey thorn, judging by your quote, also saw preview for Heart of the Sea, which I think looks phenomenal and you might like.

Looks like it. A lot of shots of Heinz field in the preview.

Not interested in the movie. Will Smith's fake accent sealed the deal for me. I don't think I could listen to that for the whole movie. Maybe once it hits TV or NETFLIX...

From the trailer, it looks a bit like: this guy is right. Nobody believes him. Then a few people believe him. Then most people do. Roll credits.

Not saying the story isn't fascinating, but I'm wondering how well it will translate into a movie format.

Still, I'll probably watch it once it goes to DVD.

I refuse to go see it. This movie is more of the movement going on to turn the general population against the awful, violent sport of football.
