Not sure what posts you're reading, but plenty of people complaining about Tomlin around here.

In Coach Tomlin's defense I think he actually believes in his players more than he should . I think this effects the way he performs his job. Not that it's a bad thing to believe in your guys , but when you expect more from them than they are capable of doing then that's a problem for everyone.

Sometimes it appears he just can't believe what is going on out there on the field , I will give him a pass because all the mistakes his players were making would rattle any coach on any level .

Rooney's are paying him 7 million/yr to get it right. 9 years later he still can't get it/ do it right. I am no way leaving Ben or Todd Haley out of this , they don't get it either.

That's been hapening for a long while. Even Moses was lousy at keeping a decent schedule.

Its got to be the coaches. What I see from them... are a bunch of egotistical, arrogent, stubborn, not prepared and get outcoaches...coaches out there. And it really shows on game day.Too many talented players on this team to end up playing like this.

I don't think anyone is looking for the perfect game BF, I think that some sign that they know that they have 3 TO left and just completed a pass over the middle that maybe taking a TO is a good thing, would be a nice change. Better yet when you see the Pats shift out of a run formation into a pass on the goalline call a TO because you have big hole pluggers on the field instead of some speed. I'd just like some sort of sign that they are aware of in game situations.

You are totally right here. You have Gronk uncovered with just 10 men on the field, Brady is calling for the snap and no-one sees it and calls a TO?!

Have to take the good with the bad, Thorn. No coach is going to please any fan 100% of the time. I'm not expecting better clock management after all this time but if he continues to bring us to playoffs or even better wins another SB, then he's doing enough good and I could give a rats ass about it.

Fair enough but lets take your example to its end point. It's the Superbowl the Steelers have number seven in their sights, the goal is attainable and they are down seven points and have 85 yards to go with three time outs and 55 seconds to go in the game. Do you give a rats ass about how they handle the clock now?

Question 2: they are up by four with under a minute to go, the opposing team is at the 1 with the Steelers having two timeouts. Do you care now?
