Now that Everclear brings back memories. We'll sort of.

I had a guy who worked for me come in to my office a few days before Thanksgiving once and he told me he had just fired his brother for being under the influence. I'm guessing that made for a Happy family get together.

Yes they also test for alcohol with the random tests. Some jobsites they require a breathalyzer test for those operating heavy equipment at the start of each workday. .
I'm not sure of the lingering effects of marijuana, but the guys job is to operate a large crane daily. So if he went to said concert Wednesday night and came to work Thursday morning is he still under the effects of the drug? I really don't know how they determine all that. Somebody with more knowledge than me in that area figures that stuff out.
I think the bigger point is much like Bryant's situation, he failed a drug test, had to complete a week long rehab program to return to work, then failed another drug test a few months later knowing the consequences. Now he has to deal with it.

I don't really feel guilty at all. I just hate it for him cause I know he's a good guy and he has a family and needs he's job.

Eh I'm a realist and knew all it took was one injury or the piss test NCO to forget to tell me a test was coming and I was busted and it would be on me.

Yep, as I mentioned earlier in this thread I'm currently using 6mg of Nic instead of the 24 I started off with. I plan on cutting that down to 3mg come winter. I don't care what garbage science it out there, I know the effect ecigs have been on my body and it's been very positive and my doctor agrees. I can hold my breath longer, I can run longer distances, i don't cough anymore and YES food taste so much better. And here's another interesting tidbit: I've suffered with a deviated septum since I was a child or so I thought. Turned out I am actually allergic to smoke. I never lived in an environment where it was smoke free so I never saw the other side of it until now. It was like Moses parting the red sea, I can breath like I've never took a breath before. So yes, this was a life saver to me.

I'm disappointed in his inability to make better decisions. We need him on the field and he needs to earn that big contract so he can hopefully manage it correctly and live comfortably after football. After he retires then he can smoke all he wants but for now young man please wait, use your head and lets us enjoy your great plays on the field.

I agree it needs to stop and yes Bryant in an interview could hardly raise his head. He genuinely looked like he was remorseful and embarrassed

Apparently the Steelers have granted Bryant's wish to train off site for the next 2 weeks. Not sure if this is a good idea.

He just needs some time alone, you know, to think about things.

    10 games coming up!
