We still have one more season eating millions from that Woodley contract.

Yup, this is it for me too. We have to find some way to put pressure on the QB other than Cam Heyward. Pass rush is my #1 focus.

My number concern is that the F.O. and coaching staff don't get together and make a solid plan of how to correct these wrongs... right the ship and lets not see it again.

The fact that there were players who made press statements that "now that its December, our playing will get stronger", is appalling.

I want Tomlin to be a man of his word. He talks about the next guy up, but he lets injured players on the field.

I have many, many concerns but truth be told... it would be really boring if Pittsburgh was always winning and on top. So they showed some good, showed some bad, and in the end, they played until the last down.

I am just as angry about the loss as the next lunatic but hey, my season seats are worth more every year, and I still haven't sold them. And that doesn't mean I will. They will be passed to my daughter.

Defensive secondary, can Cortez Allen recover from this awful year and who is available at the 22nd pick that can come in and help us right away.

I know it goes hand in hand, but I would start with the beef in the middle. Smith, Hampton and Kiesel tied up a lot of blocking so Harrison and Woodley could roam. If there is a great NT available when we draft, I would start there. I would not stretch for it though. BPA from NT, OLB & DB. Just one guys opinion.

I tend to agree, but what I've noticed is that we've managed to get our opponents into quite a few 3rd-and-long situations, but our edge rushers just couldn't finish. I think if we have two prospects of equal talent at NT and OLB available to us with our first pick, I'd go OLB. The NT would come off the field in that situation anyway. I would not be upset if we took a dominating NT with our first pick, though.

Troy and Ike can be replaced by Thomas and Golden and that would be a big improvement. Mitchell got to go and I'll take any cast off for him. Worilds needs Bi tch slapped for that chippy pushing jawing stuff after a stop on 3rd..
Serviceable d-backs would help a lot on getting off on 3rd down

    Potentially:

    Tuitt, McCleadon, Heyward
    Moats, Shazier, Timmons, Jarvis Jones
McClain, Sharmarko Thomas, Mike Mitchell, Will Gay

That defense is WAY behind the power curve.

How about this concern: Steelers have yet to put a stop to that zone stretch run play. We have been getting gashed by it for years, and still have no answer for it?

Would love to have Houston, but I think he will be super expensive and/or franchised.

My biggest concern is any sort of contract extension for either Tomlin or Colbert.

No! We need some REAL talent at corner. Please just please get us some TALENT at corner for once! PLEASE

That will make our pass rush better! Goes hand in hand and we have already spent so much on our LB corp.
