    Let's hear your biggest concern.

Mine is that Tomlin will continue to play down to the competition next season and we will be clawing our way for another playoff spot instead of dominating those lesser teams again. I hate when the team comes out flat.

Playing down to the competition? Have you seen the schedule for next year?

Maybe it's a good thing to have a really challenging schedule.

    :this!:

But my main concerns, sadly, are the same as they have been for the past several seasons (that were not addressed at all this year):

    1) Poor Red Zone performance
    2) Lousy, lousy 3rd and long D. Why do we always give up 1st downs on 3rd and 15?? Drives me nuts...

The turnover on defense, which wasn't strong to begin with. Not sure how they replace 5-8 players in one offseason.

Tomlin getting extended. That will cripple us worse than anything else that is likely to occur.

    Biggest concerns:
    1. Who plays OLB next season
    2. Who plays defensive back next season
    3. Who replaces Foster at left guard

Pass rush. That would fix DB's. Baltimore just showed us that.

The ghosts of too many bad drafts, and what the D will look like next year. Harriosn TP Kiesel all gone. JDub will leave, and you have to wonder about Cortez and Mitchell? Neither played well, and got a hefty to check to do so, so one or both may go? Jarvis and Shazier have to be HEALTHY and PRODUCE.....NOW! Really, we will need at least 4 new guys because they are not on this roster as of today, and if they go with what we have now, next year will be the worst since the early 90s. Gotta have some great draft picks

Honestly, I'm EXTREMELY CONCERNED about whether or not Jarvis Jones can develop into a top flite pass rusher. That's why we drafted the guy! Let's make one thing clear, we did not draft JJ to be okay, we drafted him to become the next great Steeler, pass rushing OLB! We now know that he's not the plug and play guy many analysts said he was, but I just hope he can get stronger and work on his technique so he can take the step toward Steeler greatness!

Number one concern is that they will continue to purge the team of veteran leadership and it will affect what the team does on the field. I don't think it is a coincidence that play on the defensive side of the ball got better with the Keisel and Harrison being back. If a mass retirement happens then full scale changes need to be made from a schematic standpoint.

Concern is pass rush. Our pass rush is horrible and it starts with the OLB's

On another note, why is it that when it's obvious someone on the oline is getting mauled, they don't try someone else? Wallace and his attitude would have shook it up a bit! Or at least made a few guys watch their butts!

With the money saved from the departures of Troy, Keisel, Harrison, and Ike, we should be able to afford Justin Houston right? Or maybe a side order of Ndamukong Suh? Sorry, wishful thinking. I know it'll never happen. I would have gladly taken Dumerville when Denver let him go, but we were in worse cap shape then. The Rats pounced all over that one.

Seriously, biggest concern has to be our outside linebackers. We could very easily go back to 8-8 or worst if we can't get that fixed.
