Understand your sentiment, but that won't happen. I don't see them giving more than 3 rb's a hat. Simply because I don't see Tate playing ST. Does Harris?

Harris has the past few weeks. I don't believe Tate ever has.

Good thing is though lots of upheaval in the league right now so chances anyone snatches him up are more in our favor.

I just like the speed that Archer offers and obviously now teams will look at attacking him due to his poor pass blocking and I would use that to just abuse the Ravens. Dummerville is just a pass rusher not so good in run support, Suggs is better but still over aggressive. If Archer looks like he is going to chip in on a dbl team or be in for blitz pick-up they may come harder in a effort to destroy him. Let him chip and then BEn hit him with a shovel pass, or run a delay or draw and let him leave them in the dust. Attack those two and keep attacking.

Another good tactic for slowing a rusher like Dummerville is to put a TE in motion that peals back and catches him at an angle. Whap! TE Russ Francis used to excel at that back in the day.

Tomlin said he was comfortable with the things Dri Archer can do and if he expected him to block Suggs; he'd be stupid....

That was an answer to Dave Todd's question at the press conference.

The signing was a must, actually I looked for the Steelers to sign a RB when they released Lagarret Blount. Is the Justin Brown experiment over?

With Wheaton and Bryant, there isn't much opportunity going forward for Brown.

He could be signed back for camp, but he would have to be exceptional to hang on.

I got a kick out of that. It's quite true.

I don't expect Tomlin to rip his players to the media. He may have reservations, but it does no good to broadcast it.

All Tate needs to know is which gap he needs to hit, thats all he needs to know, this isnt that difficult for a back to understand, Ben calls the play then tells tate which gap is where the Oline is going to block...
