Anyone been dogging the Cowgirls fans???

I have a good buddy that's a cowboys fan and he sent me a message last night going OFF on Jerry Jones for signing Michael Sam to their practice squad. So today I came across 3 cowboys fans that I know and I asked all of them the same thing "do you have your Michael Sam jersey yet?" Man this one guy literally cussed me!!! LOL! It just made me curious to ask everyone what you think the odds are that he ever gets on the field or do you think this is just a publicity stunt from Jones? One of my buddies told me he really expects him to see the field this year because he doesn't think their guys can stay healthy. I personally think it was just a PR move by Jones.

 

While I hate that the media made such a story of a ps signing, Dallas is extremely thin on their d-line.

 

I could see jerry jones activating Sam from the PS to the 53 man roster if the cowboys really struggle just for PR purposes. It will put his team back in the limelight for a week or two...

 

Yup, only a handful of teams that could use him out there...Dallas is one of them.

 

So you're saying that you think Jones might be thinking if he makes the team that his jersey would sell a lot and the cowboys would get to keep a lot of the money?

 

I didn't know they made jerseys of PS guys. I guess I will get my Ventrone one. LOL.

After all the rumors that went around about Aikman in the 90s, signing Sam is no big deal. I f you want to dog them, remind them that Jerry Jones is the owner and Romo is the QB. That would do it!

 

Yeah I know a lot of their fans and they all despise Jones with a passion and only Romo comes close to him.

 

Romo stunk it UP today and on NFL Gameday Deion was talking about it and Mooch said "did you want Johnny Manzeil?" And he said "I would take Manzeil or Roselle!" LOL! That was hilarious! I just thought everyone would think that's really funny.

 

Well the cowgirls have now released Michael Sam. I guess since their season is going good Jerry figured that was good enough publicity for them and Sam then became expendable. Either that or they are planning to sign him to the cheerleaders squad. LOL.

 

I'm sure the Cowboys were making room for Derek Moye, but the Titans beat them to the punch.

I never knew that about the revenue sharing and the Cowboys. Seems like a pretty shrewd (and smart) deal Jerry worked out.
