Shaq Richardson will he make the team?

We haven't seen him play because of injuries, but I wonder has he shown enough in practice to get put on the PS. Or do they just cut him, I'm not impressed with McClain and Blake as backup CBs. Will Richardson be another Terry Hawthorne, Crezdon Butler, Terrance Frederick, Curtis Brown wasted draft picks who can't play at all.

 

no. he will at a minimum make the PS and maybe devin smith too. we have to keep somebody in the pipeline with some size and speed and they seem to like his play enough to give him time to grow in the defense. with the play of cortez and him not being signed past this year yet and ike's age, we have to keep any type of player with some upside. green doesn't look completely lost either and has a year under his belt. I don't think we can afford not to keep a couple of them around.

 

I would think PS, but the CB we drafted last year ... Steelers didn't even attempt to get him on the PS???

He had some injuries though he couldn't overcome, that was a bad draft pick.
