So are we signing this guy or not?

If the whole "still talking" thing is true...and if they really want him...i think they can get it done.

We will probably see over the next few days...

Maybe. It could depend on Khan, LeBeau, or Mitchell.

Maybe its your passive aggressive attacks like this that spurns it? Many of your posts puts down others that have a different opinion of yours, shouldn't be surprised that people fire back at you.

True but you can't have starter quality backups. A solid back up is good and that's what this guy is.

    You and your NC boys.

I'd be down for both, though.

Ben's been mediocre in two of the three Super Bowls he's played in. In fact, he was downright awful in one of them and threw two crucial picks in the other. Not trying to start a firestorm, he did play lights out to get us there but once we got there he didn't make anybody forget Bradshaw in two of them. The Cards game was different. He had a decent game and then put up a drive for the ages culminating with the TD toss to Tone.

Ah, blah blah blah and blah. Here we go again. Good enough to take home 2 of the three your talk'n about & decent enough to be there in the first place. If that's mediocre then sign me up and I bet I'm in a long line including about every QB today.

I hope we have more mediocre seasons like that from him!
