Hopefully he's smart and will sign...instead of going to say Cleveland and signing (for potentially more money)...than signing with a winning team (yeah yeah I know 8-8, but still).

 

This is good news. Fingers crossed.

 

I am more okay going into the preseason with Thomas, Heyward, Arnfelt, Carrington, Williams, Fangupo, and McLendon. Is it ideal? I don't know, but most of that comes from the unknown. I basically only know 2 players from the above group. All of the others are guys who need to reach their potential, not guys who HAVE reached....or at least you hope....their potential. Maybe we can fix some of the flaws and get them to improve. Thomas has the size, but not the technique. Can he fix that or not? That is the question with him. Can Williams or Arnfelt actually contribute?

 

my guess is you can add one of the top dt in the draft

I get that but I can't remember one positive thing he has said about the steelers. I'm all for people having their own opinion and being hard on the team. I'm hard on them but I also can compliment them and say what is going right instead of always focusing on the negative. It's kind of a downer ya know. I'm just saying if nothing they ever do is right then why even follow them? Sorryfor bbeing disrespectful I just can't stand it.

Its an emotional sport for the players AND fans and we each deal with our emotions differently.

I used to have serious issues with DELJZC on the old message board, it seemed he was always putting down the Steelers coaches, Hated Colbert and was always praising Scott Pioli & Belicheat for their Great job. I swore he was a troll, but maybe he was just all too passionate and frustrated. Either way it bothered me.

Bottom line we need to voice our opinions even in disagreement but maintain a certain level of respect, after all, trolls need love too!!!!! ( NOT calling HINES a troll )
