I don't think so, first of all, Bell is a 3 down back, he can get short yardage as well if not better then Dwyer, so basically you're hanging on to Dwyer just to give Bell a breather now and then and secondly, I don't see Dwyer as a change of pace back, I see a smaller shifty RB as a change of pace guy.

backup RB's are a dime a dozen. Remember how we got dwyer in round 6? This is a shame but not a major issue, we can fill the hole immediately this april

If they bring Felix jones back I will officially lose all hope of our coaches judgement of talent. He is a complete waste. Anyone else would be a upgrade.

Do you say this because up it's your gut feeling or you will have lost hope also? Do you think he shouldn't be replaced/ upgraded?

Who do we have under contract now, behind Bell?
He`s gotta have some kinda backup.. and, if Dwyer, and Redman, are gone...
    That leaves... Howlings???
    Not good...
Would love to bring in Carlos Hyde... But another team will probably pick him up before we can...
I know we got rid of ... What was his name?... The training camp sensation, that likes to be an artist?
Damn... Cant believe we are thin at rb, all of a sudden, who do we have, besides Bell?
    GO STEELERS!
    (Edit... after re-reading the post...
Felix Jones.... OK... Not sure that`s the answer....)

Of the 2...I would like to see LSH back more than Felix. LSH was looking good until he got hurt. Plus he will help in the return game too.

that depends on if he has lost a step. wasn't it his knee and a pretty bad injury at that? he may not even be ready for camp so that would have to be taken into account.

I recall reading something about LSH saying that he was way ahead of schedule. I think they said he was just about ready to go by the end of the season last year. Anybody else remember? Jones is a waste of a roster spot. He brings little or nothing to the table.

I think you expect too much out of a backup RB. Jones can carry the ball, catch a pass now and then and return kicks. Who are you going to get cheap that is going to give you more?

I don't expect too much. I just expect we should be able to upgrade from him. Anyone can carry the ball, he no longer has the burst that used to make him serviceable. He was horrible returning kicks. To me he is the easiest upgrade to make on the team.
