I don't know Ward I think with some of the "trade Ben" talk some people might want the Cardinals to be the best they can be. LOL. JUUUUUUUST KIDDING!!!

 

If last year you saw a red & white 18 wheeler at Hadnot point,Freek creek, Camp Johnson, Naval Hospital, MEF ll Headquarters, Courthouse Bay or quite a few other places it would have been me.

My original thought was for #7 to go to the Texans,
of course with us getting several picks in exchange. After realizing
all the dead money #7 would generate even if a trade would happen
I have come to conclusion, that if the Steelers do decide to extend
Ben a contract that it should only be on STEELER TERMS. If not
we will pay Ben the remaining of his contract and wish him well.
I am not for paying a beat up 34 yr old a whole lot of money.
We have paid him plenty enough thru out his career. We have
way to many needs, to be able to compete at a high level. Now
I know you and others love Ben and he HAS been a wonderful QB
for us.But I think the Steelers will find a way to succeed, life will
go on.
