    he is the GM. he has the final say, unless the rooney's overrule him which we know doesn't happen often. we saw cowher year after year not pick a qb in the draft and didn't even want ben, but the rooney's did. cowher had more power then the GM essentially at that time which is what he was after and hence kevin Colbert.

    Colbert with cowher was much better then Colbert with MT. I've said that for years.:cool:

    It starts with the Rooneys, they are the owners. I'm sure they are not pleased with whats going on but do they really feel the need to change anything? The stands are still packed? Do the Rooneys really care what the fans want or think? I found it interesting that they wouldn't even maintain a message board for their fans. Whats up with that?
