He shouldn't see the field again. Of the group he is by far the worst. He has no speed and no vision. He run into the back of the line moves them a yard and gets tackled.

What a dumb thing to do. First and foremost reentering the game and saying you are ok is the height of stupidity but secondly to admit it to the media and have the Steelers organization called into question. DOH. Maybe he still has head injuries because
this is not a move of a bright person that cares about their team.

Ever heard the phrase---- Never bite the hand that feeds you!!---

    He just did.

I liked Redman, but with the change to ZBS and Dwyer showing much improved pass blocking this may very well be his final year here.

I was a Redman supporter in the past during the days he earned his nickname "redzone" from those Friday night light goal line scrimmages. But he's totally digressed since. Guess who's getting cut when Bell is activated?

Red needs to git his chit together. Makes us look like amateurs. Embarrassing...

He's making a bid to wear the sweatsuit.

Come on, guys! He's trying to helps us!

After all, it was the original sweatsuit model, Duce Staley, who propelled us to our first SB win in 25 years. ;)

I concur. Is this called toe the company line? If you are making what these guys are making are you really going to question their word? Especially if you are a MARGINAL player like RED? It will get you a ticket out of here so fast your head will spin.

Just to echo what a lot of folks have said:

It was difficult not to admire Redman's attitude in previous years. A workhorse RB, earns his way through camp to a roster spot, head down driven work ethic.

This season, it's like he's *****ing and moaning about everything. Just when we need a bit of team unity and motivation, he's gone all Mike Wallace.

I bet if he was the starter he wouldn't have said anything. This is just him being bitter and lashing out at the Steelers. I hope he gets better soon so they can cut the useless idiot. Good riddance. He sucks as a player and apparently sucks as a teammate too.

I don't think he was taking a shot at the Team...IMO he was taking a shot at the protocal and simply stating a player can fool the staff if they try...

Heck who knows maybe trying to send a message about being tough...This is not the 1st. comment we have heard that seems to question the Teams toughness..

Hopefully Bell makes Redman an after-though in the minds of Steeler fans. I liked him since he seemed to beat the odds to get on the squad. Now it just seems he is bitter about the way it has worked out so far this year. Looking forward to seeing Dwyer, Bell and Jones play this weekend and see if we can continue to build on some decent moments for the o-line last week.
