Thats just it though, I dont recall him doing any of this stuff while with Seattle. Bonehead penalties sure but nothing else to draw attention to him and the team.

They had a way out after the Detroit incident and chose to keep him. A mistake that will surely haunt them.

They should had cut bait and voided his contract after Detroit.

The pass he dropped against Houston was a momentum turner.

He looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

Yeah, he's a useless POS. It only took half a dozen games last year to see what he was, dropped passes, lack of effort, two cent head.

You want a surfer, you go to the beach.

You want a WR, you go to Ohio State.

Seattle drafted Jaxson Smith Nijigba, cut DK, and won a Super Bowl.

Good point. I am sure that guy in the grocery store keeps two hands on the product and closes when it counts. You can't say that about DK.

He's making it very difficult to root for him.

Just an unnecessary, classless move here to mock someone scratching out a living and doing the best he can.

This is the stuff that drives me crazy. They get rid of Pickens for this guy. He is nowhere near the player that Pickens is, then he gets suspended for punching a fan in the stands during a game that almost cost them a playoff appearance. Now he's belittling people hurting no one and simply doing their jobs.

They pay this butthole $30 million dollars a year, yet people are begrudging Joey Porter that type of money. Joey Porter Jr has never done anything like this that I know about. He's younger than DK. He's a better player than DK. There is still room for more improvement in his game because of his age and dedication than DK. He's a better human than DK Metcalf will ever be.

It's crap like this that makes me shake my head.

    Hence the point.

Once someone becomes talented enough, even their antics on the field will eventually bleed itself off of it the same. This has been seen by many NFL Players for multiple seasons; superstars no less. Myles Garrett, for all of his pass rushing prowess, cannot escape speeding tickets as an example. Tyreek Hill seemingly cannot enough of promiscuous women. Let us not forget Antonio Brown either.

In short?! Entitlement and insolence. D.K. is yet another example.

That Civil Suit is still ongoing. Lawsuits do take take. That incident with that fan isn't over.

I remember him throwing tantrums on the Seattle sideline when he thought he was open but didn't get the ball. Only reason he hasn't done it here is he knows Rodgers will freeze him out and never look his way.

Exactly this. Actually the smacking of that a$$hat last year didn't really bother me, just the being suspended did, but this is a whole different thing. I gotta ask why on this one.

Now go do every team in the NFL. Every day someone is being arrested, suspended, or something else on almost every team in the league.
Let's not act like this a Tomlin, or Steelers thing.

I'm no Tomlin hater. But his move to add DK was desperation due to his prior inability to draft and develop the pieces he needed on offense.

GMs typically align the organization's scouts to prioritize the traits the staff is looking for on their draft board. And the staffs always get involved in the evaluation, which is why some head coaches tend to get better drafts during their tenure than others. Usually the head coaches who are elite end up with good picks for the most part. Somehow things align under them, be it from a tightly focused idea of what they want, to perhaps just a better eye and some other stuff possibly in between. Not saying I know the answer to why, but it demonstrates that as good as Tomlin was as a leader, he had a bunch of flaws and his eye for offense (particularly the pass game) was part of it.
