What Does a McCarthy Offense Look Like?

The high were better under Cowher and Noll,same for the low and I talk about a single season but more about several seasons in a row,like Noll has never been 5 seasons without winning a playoffs win,same for Cowher.It ended to be 9 seasons without playoffs win for Tomlin.Cowher and Noll make some afc title game with bad QB too

 

Last time Steelers won a playoff game... Obama was president and the pandemic was 3 years in the future. That's how long ago it was.

 

Some people down a HC for making the Playoffs more than they blame a HC for a losing season, and not making the playoffs.
Example: All great HCs
Noll made the playoffs 12 out of 23 years.
Bill Cowher 10 out of 15 years.
Tomlin 13 out of 19 years.
S. Payton 11 out of 18 years.
Mike McCarthy 12 out of 18 years.
I don't know about you ,but when I played sports , I liked whomever could get us the most chances to get to the championship.
