    This 100%
    This has been said.
Backups are for a few games.
If Rodgers is out for 6 , or more games, thats a different thing

I agree and if he is ideal in that scenario for us, he could be ideal for someone else in a similar situation.

If you don't think either one of these guys could come in and surprise everyone, you're entitled to your pessimistic opinion. The point is, we know what we have in Rudolph. We don't know what we have in Howard or Allar. Sometimes the way to find out is to not put too many people in front of them. Couldn't care less if you feel compelled to write your opinion again.

I don't buy what you're selling! 99% of the fans at Acrisure want to see Howard or Allar come in for Rodgers if he goes down. I guess there's a scenario where we're starting hot, 5-1, Rodgers goes down with a minor injury and you want a guy like Mason to keep us alive for 2 games. But otherwise, if 43 year old Rodgers is broken - and there's a good chance that happens - I think most fans want a young guy to get a shot.

    Howard no

Allar way to early to make that determination

If Allar doesn’t get hurt he quite likely goes in the first and this is a whole different conversation

    Define smart

By IQ and definition 50% are below 100 and 50% above 100

Now if you are talking about society in general then I agree with you

In that case and in keeping with sentence #2 the other 10% are exceptions

I’m really surprised to see Aaron Rodgers wear #8. I thought we retired it after P Corliss Waitman wore it in 2024.
