I hope against the Pats,they will have more that 210 offensive yards if they want to win,since this is so rare to win against good team with a anemic offense like that game

I just said that the offense need to be much better in that game that last season....Can't always win ugly and expected big things after that

I guess as a huge fan of Cowher you forgot, or maybe it was before your time watching. One of his favorite lines was , stats are for losers to make them feel better about losing

 

I mean,if you have watched this game,it was obvious that the pats had a higher ceilling(they prove it after that for the rest of the season) and the only thing they need for the rest of the season was to protect the ball at a normal rate.The steelers were outplayed and outcoached in that game

 

How were they outcoached if they won the game and forced 5 turnovers?

 

Look, when the expension Texans team beat us in 2002 when they only had 47 yards, was it because the Texans were a very good team or did the Steelers simply shoot themselves in the foot all game long?

The Patriots shot themselves in the foot because the Steelers forced those turnovers, that's not a good example of being outcoached the loss to the Bengals last year is a better example.

 

The pats offense had also so many trip in the red zone and the steelers offense were terrible in that game.It was a ugly game for both teams
