Dude. Playing CB is hard, and maybe the hardest outside of Qb to judge from college to the NFL.
You know how hard it is to play , and not give up a TD in two years as a starter?

I think he gets over penalized partly because he has such long arms and the refs think he is grabbing when he isn’t at times. Plus he cleaned the penalties up last year.
