I mean, the main difference being that Allar stood out against all the guys getting cut and Johnson was a non-factor against the guys getting cut. It shows that Allar is at least good enough to warrant a spot right away, while Johnson might just be good enough to be a practice squad guy. What a rough miss there.

It was very surprising that Allar looked good with his footwork. He had one or two where he got a little sloppy, but overall it was really intriguing. He had a LOT to work on to be an NFL caliber QB, but it looks like the coaching took well. I hope that it continues, because he certainly doesn't have to work on his arm strength.

 

Its a good stat, but not everything. The list of guys that were the best are a mixed bag imo. All of them are at least average QB's, but only Allen on that list is a top tier QB.
