Movies Recently Watched

Never was big on Dylan and did not enjoy movie but had to watch since the Newport, RI scene was filmed 15 minutes from my house.

I tried to be an extra in the crowd at the festival but young ass punks beat me to it.

 

They could have cast you as Wavy Gravy. Oh wait..that was Woodstock.

 

Same my friend. Im not big on him either, but I get it if some are. I have a few family members that love him, and like I said before he must be a good song writer because every time I hear someone redo one of his songs, I like it. I just don't like him doing those songs. LoL

 

I watched one last night that was pretty good called The Tomorrow War with Chris Pratt, and JK Simmons (don't know why he doesn't get more roles). I found it to be very entertaining. Came out in 2021

I have to admit the spin to take it modern on Earth was an interesting beginning.

Loved the Dolph Lundgren cameo.

That was one nasty movie. Moon Zombie turned me on which pissed me off. I loved the song at the end as they were getting blown away.

Rob Zombie has to have a demented mind.

I missed that one. I see it's 10 years old. Watching the trailer has me looking forward to watching it later this week. Glad it is on HBO/MAX

 

Jeff Bridges is really good playing a law man.

 

From the new movie The Odyssey King Agamemnon he's barely in the movie but he looks badass in his armor.

 

I meant to put this in the music place. LoL

 

Spiderman Brand New Day is an entertaining fun summer movie.

 

I want to see it. How much is Hulk in the movie??

 

He had a few scenes and actually got bigger.

 

The best part of the movie is the scenes with Spiderman and The Punisher, they had good chemistry together.

I watched Young Washington recently. Not the greatest of movies ever but I enjoyed it

 

I watched Young Washington today. I wasn't sure how I'd like it because its an Angel Studios production and their films have a certain slant. It was good and entertaining and makes me wonder if we would all be part of the British Empire had they accepted Washington into the British army instead of sticking to tradition and class standards. I have not studied Washington very much but I felt they tried to mash him up with Hawkeye and John Dunbar for a visually stunning lead character. The Battle of Monongahela was done well but they didn't cover the forcing the French to abandon Fort Duquesne and eventually build Fort Pitt. It wasn't a bad watch.

 

The Last House on Netflix. Horror movie where a strange rain keeps people trapped in their house until they starve to death.
