Oh. They lived farther out than I ever did. Although I know where it is. I believe Villa Park was the farthest I've ever lived from Chicago .

Girlfriend to become wife lived near and worked at Cook County Hospital

I lived in Glendale Heights and Glen Ellen (named after Steeler Glemm) and had friends in Lombard all close to Villa Park

    Your circa there ?

Did you ever go to a dive bar named Otto’s along the tracks in Lombard

1968 - 1977, and again in 1992 - 1997. I go , and visit, here, and there. At least half my family still lives somewhere in the Chicagoland area.

A bad LAD calcium score and catheterization = cannot eat tried and true football food and a wife trying to get me to eat something that looks like the bottom of a hamster's cage. I will still enjoy yall's posts anyway.

Since buying this mac daddy (pun intended) Blackstone, I am loving cooking on it. I also believe I am eating healthier as a result.

I am loving watching Youtube videos on different ideas/experiments. I'd love to hear some of your favorite dishes on the Blackstone. "The Hungry Hussey" is a goof ball but man he makes some awesome food! Best steak cooking method I've ever tried (93% of people cook steak wrong!)

This unit is 36", has two air fryers and one warming drawer. I added a Y hose so I have two tanks attached at all times in case one runs out, paper towel holder, silicone cover and side table mats, wind guards, etc.

I admit I am a hot dog lover but this one took it a few notches up! The Hungry Hussey again.
Grilled Cheese Hot Dog on the Blackstone, a layer of mayo on the bun, a generous load of cheese in the bun, add some diced jalapenos, add the grilled dog, add another generous load of cheese and turn it upside down and grill the cheese until brown. It was a hit with everyone who had one.

Chicken crack sandwich on the blackstone.

Grilled and diced chicken, grilled and diced bacon, grilled and diced jalapenos, diced banana peppers, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a packet of ranch dressing. Duke's Mayonnaise and havarti and pepper jack cheese on the Italian bread.

Holy ****! This will make you take back stuff you never stole.
