I figure the final QB depth chart will be Rodgers > Howard > Allar. And that is assuming Howard plays well in camp (i.e. scrimmages with other teams) and preseason.

If Howard doesn't play well then they will be able to cut him and stick him on the PS. He's not regarded all that well due to his rubber band arm, so he will need to show quick ball distribution and decision making leading to points to make teams desire him.

Also given the quality of the 2027 QB draft, I have to say that if Rodgers breaks I'm ok with sticking Allar in there to see how he handles it. This is because in my view it is unlikely we have our future starting QB on this depth chart. And if Allar plays significant snaps we're gonna draft real high. Which would be very desirable for this upcoming class.
