Pizza Movie. I think it was on Hulu. First time a movie has made me laugh out loud in a long while.

Not sure if anyone posted anything about the 2026 version of The Mummy but it's a real crazy update. Not for the squeamish or youngsters. No further spoilers. :zombie:

Is it good?? I've seen the previews ,but it didn't look anything like any of the other Mummy movies I've seen before, and I can think of a bunch even back to the 30s

All I'll say is it's different and macabre. Far from Brendan Frazier's comedic romps, which I liked.

I want to see it. I have read that Brendan is losing weight to be in a new Mummy. We shall see. I actually Loved the 1st two with him, and my sweetheart Rachel Weisz

Has anyone watched 'Ready or Not' or the sequel, 'Ready or Not, Here I Come'?

What did you think of either? Trailers look like they made be similar to 'Cabin in the Woods' or 'Dale and Tucker vs Evil'. I really liked both of those.

Didn't make it to the end. Not like I remembered the movies to be.

The Irish writer/director Lee Conin is known for very strange interpretations and macabre movies. Not sure if I've seen any of them like Evil Dead Rise, Evil Dead Burn or Ghost Train. I enjoyed the earlier Brendan/Rachel versions much better but no comparison in story lines nor graphic depictions.

I really liked Ready or Not the 1st one, but I haven't seen the second one yet. I thought the 1st was very entertaining.

I've seen every Evil Dead movie except the newest one Burn, and almost everyone that I've talked to that has seen the new Mummy has said it should have been called Evil Dead something instead of the Mummy.

I watched Ready or Not, but not the sequel. I enjoyed it, but liked Cabin in the woods more

I'm a big fan of Sam Raimi's series, especially ED2 and AoD, but I've never seen any of the ED movies he didn't do. Just doesn't seem like it would be the same without Sam directing and Bruce starring.

I Love the Raimi ones, and they are what matters, but the others have been worth watching, and are pretty entertaining. Like I said Burn the newest one is the only one I have not seen

Shoot me now, because I watched Supergirl in an IMAX theater with my family in Houston and about 5 other people in the theater and liked it. :)

We went to the 6:30 showing and the 9:00 showing showed Zero tickets sold. Crazy how bad this movie is doing in theaters.

    Why is it crazy??
Im and avid comic book reader, and collector, and I have been since I was about 7, and I have never once bought a Super Girl comic.. So if I didn't care to read , or collect them, why would I go spend money to go watch it??
I will watch when it comes out free in a movie channel just because LoBo is in it, or at least I heard he was. Now he is someone I did like.
I don't know why someone would think everyone should be interested. Now if they made it a Lobo movie, I would go see it.

That is funny. LoBo was just Jason Mamoa being Jason Mamoa.

When I go to a theater I just want to be entertained. I will save the educational, historical stuff for my home theater, so I can take my time with it.

And, I don't know the actual comic book story of Supergirl, the last flash version had her being imprissioned by the to government for the first years she was on earth, and this one had Clark greeting her when she landed. If they had followed the Flash version it would have been a really dark version.

Duh. I just want to be entertained also.
So if Im not entertained by a Super Girl comic, why would I be entertained by a Super Girl movie??
I don't go to movies I have no interest in, just to virtue signal, and say I did. I read Wonder Women comics, so I was excited to see the movie.
I'd didn't read Super Girl comics so I don't care except to see Lobo who I did read. I don't know why this is a hard concept.
I don't like tennis, so should I go see a tennis movie just because??

I’m sure you would if the tennis movie was titled Paulina Does Wimbledon.

I watched A Complete Unknown: Bob Dylan movie. It was ok. I did like that they had J. Cash in it, or a guy playing J. Cash.

Some of us have known about it for awhile:smiley1:. I enjoyed it.

I have seen Bob twice live this year and the man still does a great show.
Seeing him again later this month

Never was a fan. Although I guess I must give him credit for being a great song writer because when people redo his songs I usually like them, but when he does them I don't. No biggie, we all have different taste
