Stuck with Keller , move Ozuna and Davis . I like Mangum . Not much in AAA but Murph Grey down at A+ needs another promotion to AA , now.

If we didn't lose Konnor and Cruz to injuries an owner who wanted to make Playoffs could make some moves to strengthen our BP. We could stay in the hunt for WC spot. Sadly we had terrible injuries and Bobby boy is most likely going to look for a way to save money.

Damn shame cause it looked like we had something going but lady luck is not a Pirate fan.

 

I realize the Bucs have a long tradition of games vs the Braves. In my elementary school days when baseball was still the epitome of summertime fun nothing like Pirates vs Braves on TBS, the 91 and 92 NLCS was when my older Brother and I had to be in separate rooms as his Braves beat my Pirates 2 years in a row. That being said there seemed to be a pretty sizable Braves presence at PNC Park these last 3 games. The whole series brought back those summer days waiting for DQ to bring back sundaes in a batting helmet, Topps sticker books and the cheap replica version on batting helmets that JC Penny's sold.

 

All it brings back to me is Sid Bream crossing home plate and me unable to get off couch and go to bed.
